[hpsdr] Netbooks and OZY version 13 vs. 14

My first question is about support for netbooks, the problem with 
powersdr and kiss is the screen size.
I would like to see that programs that support HPSDR also support a 
screen size of 1024 by 600 pixels.

Second question,
What is the status of the OZY firmware, with version 13 I have dropouts 
but good audio and with version 14 the dropouts are gone but the audio 
is horrible.
