[hpsdr] KISS Konsole Beta 1.0.3 released

Hi Phil,

Thank you very much.
Just I've finished updated all the filles by SVN.
The drop-out noise I've observed this morning disappeared. Every version of
KISS console, from V1.0.0 to V1.0.4, works.

Hi  Endo,

Which version of  KK are you using ?  I did have this problem with V1.0.0  -
try  using Beta V1.0.3 or V1.0.4 ( will be released today) and see if that
fixes it.
