For my two Ozys:
Sn 077 (which works): C8N
Sn 388 (which works but relays chatter, etc): C8N

Would you please let us know what the last three characters
are on the part number for the large Cyclone-II FPGA IC
on your Ozys.  Is it the same for both ICs?

The last three characters should be C7N or C8N
example:   EP2C8Q208C7N

The number 7 or 8 is the speed grade of the parts.
