[hpsdr] LPU kits from TAPR

That's probably because there isn't one.
Just like the Ozy/Janus/Mercury/Penelope shipments TAPR is making best
effort to get these items out as fast as possible to everyone who placed an
order.

I am sure they are quite busy with this and many other things right now
(HPSDR is not their sole focus you know) and are working to get the kits out
the door if not for anything else but to clear up some space at the office.
;)

Patience is a virtue, and given the extraordinary work of TAPR on this
project alone in this case it's pretty much a requirement. Rest assured that
if they have your order they will ship your kit as your name comes up in the
order list.
