[hpsdr] Status of Alex, Pennywhistle, Excalibur

Hi Paul,

Look for show of interest for Pennywhistle and Excalibur on 
hamSDR.com any second now.

We are doing some testing on the Alex toroid samples right now. 
Depending on the results, we should be ready for pre-orders this summer.
