[hpsdr] New Code and Distortion -tnx

I too can confirm improvement form totaly unusable to very good. 
Previously had severe audio distortion, and what sounded like "FM-ing" on 
rx signals, decreasing with "wamup". All boards (Ozy, Penelope, and Merc.) 
have C8N grade asic mounted in 3 slot Atlas.  Still, I also notice 
occasional audio HF distortion on some signals.  Only additional filtering 
in front is high pass to keep local AM stations out. Still a big "door".

Good work and thanks to all involved in resolution of the problem.
