[hpsdr] Ozy and the new code release

I checked again today immediately after starting up the hardware and 
PowerSDR.  I noticed some audio dropouts and 0 flashing on D1 coincident 
with the audio blips which I had not witnessed previously.

After restarting everything, the audio dropouts and D1 flashing have 
gone away.

At least in my case, the symptoms are dynamic.
