[hpsdr] PTT and CW with Penelope

Hi Roger,

I tried to verify your findings and confirm that also my setup of Atlas,Ozi,
Mercury and Penny functions as described by you. So if you want to switch to
transmit mode in cw without entailing an hf-output from Penny, you have to
disable "Break in" on the GUI or PTT in Setup/General and to click on the
MOX switch to make the transition from rx to tx. My suggestion to pull pin 1
of the DB-25 connector of Penny to ground does not make any difference and
works like pushing the PTT button on the mike. The programmers had QSK in
mind.
