[hpsdr] hpsdr gui

On Linux and OSX try ghpsdr by John Melton.

On XP try PowerSDR software shared with Flex for hpsdr and Kiss Konsole

Gnuradio will work easily for usrp1, but will take lots of work for 
hpsdr  this is much easier on Linux
