[hpsdr] TeamSpeak audio 2009/June/27 - compression

Thank you for the information Alberto.

The original TeamSpeak .wav recording is opened
with Audacity and editing is done in Audacity.
On completion, the Audacity file is exported
to an .mp3 file.  That file is sent to a .zip
folder.  Only one export to .mp3.
