[hpsdr] PennyMerge I/Q REcording

Hi Joachim and group,

I have the same problem over here, not only with pre-processed audio but 
also with post-processed audio.
This is with the older versions of PSDR, haven't tried the latest yet.
It is a pitty that you can't let others hear a recording of their signal.
