After hearing the difficulties with the toroids on
the previous board, it seems to make sense to have
that work done by professionals using machines.
There is a local ham who's Elecraft K2 is still
sitting incomplete after years.  The only thing
left for him to do are the toroids.  I suspect
the assembly costs using a machine are not greatly
more than having someone assemble bags of parts.

If you feel you must solder, the circuit board
layouts are available on HPSDR.org
