[hpsdr] Help JavaSDR

Hi John,

you cannot use the existing ozy-janus as there was no way to configure 
Mercury or send it frequency updates.

You should be using my ozy code (still under development) in the hpsdr 
repository:

svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/N6LYT/ozy

This does require libusb1.0
