[hpsdr] Call for HELP - New HPSDR-Setup / nothing works

Hi Alexander,

What version of FPGA code are you running in Mercury?  The problem you 
describe was present in the early release of code but was fixed a few 
versions ago.

Hello Kirk,

Ozy and Mercury are working perfectly at 192k until I add Penny!
I think it hast sometihng to do with Penny...
