[hpsdr] Call for HELP - New HPSDR-Setup / nothing works

Just an FYI, the ship date means nothing.  All Mercury cards were produced 
in one batch and all have the same firmware in them.  Everyone should 
update their Mercury to the latest version to get the best performance.
