Every user of the wiki has their own pages that can be used for
anything.  They are not normally linked from the main space of the wiki.

Wikipedia has a set of guidelines for userepages -

Some users write a bit of background about themselves, see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Abraham,_B.S. for an example of a very
productive teenager.

Almost all users create subpages of their userpage to do rough editing
