[hpsdr] Hosting and Admin announcement.

Don, AE5K who has provided hosting and administration of the website, 
wiki and mailing list has informed me he'll no longer be performing 
this service for our community.  I believe the  stress and 
aggravation of providing this service to our community has 
caused  Don to make this decision.

I thank Don for his service, and can understand why he no longer 
wishes to participate in the community.

I and other HPSDR contributors are looking for new  hosting and admin 
services .  I'd hope we have new hosting and admin arranged by the 
end of the month.

Again, I'd like to thank Don for his work on HPSDR over the past few years.
