[hpsdr] hermes and penelopy

  Hermes is in the early design phase and will like take more that a 
year to get into production if the developers keep working on the 
project.  (this is an estimate from past projects,  some project have 
taken up to three years to complete and others have been dormant)

Penelope is sold out by TAPR and they will not make any more.  Penelope 
is under the OHL and can be build by commercial manufacturers.  At this 
point only one vendor has announce on this list that they are taking orders.

Gerd Loch DJ8AY <g.loch at nt-electronics.de>  Has made very nice 
additional runs of Penelope boards.  Please contact him directly for 
availability.
