[hpsdr] Administrivia - hosting change completed

Folks,

We've now moved to a new hosting account that I'm providing.  Thanks 
to Don (AE5K) for his work in getting the web site moved and to all 
the folks that offered hosting services.  In the end I decided it was 
easiest just to move to a new hosting account at the same provider, 
so that's what we did.   If anyone sees any problems in our new setup 
let me know.
