[hpsdr] HPSDR and MixW

I have been trying for quite a while to get HPSDR set up for use with MixW.

I have the VAC drivers loaded, and VAC activated in Power SDR per the docs
from the Flex site, so that it receives just fine via the virtual cable.

However, I have yet to figure out how to get MixW to put the HPSDR into
Transmit mode, like it does my other radios, even using the VOX mode for
that.

Certainly I must be missing something really simple. 

Any ideas ?
