[hpsdr] CW Skimmer and Mercury.

I updated the HPSDR SVN libraries and reloaded Mercury, Ozy and Penelope
with the new "release" code. Everything works fine. I also brought up CW
Skimmer on the new XP32 partition and got that working. I found one apparent
bug in the help file for CW Skimmer where is says:

"Copy the ozyfw-sdr1k.hex and Ozy_Janus.rbf files from the PowerSdr
directory to the CW Skimmer directory, and rename them to Ozy_firmware.hex
and Merc_fpga.rbf respectively."

I think it should say:

"Copy the ozyfw-sdr1k.hex and Ozy_Janus.rbf files from the PowerSDR
directory to the CW Skimmer directory, and rename them to Ozy_firmware.hex
and Ozy_fpga.rbf respectively."

Brilliant Riho, that works thank you very much, and saves me having to
revert back to the last build. No doubt Phil and company will come up
with a way of doing it from within the current build, but in the
meantime this is a very nice workaround. Cheers.
