HI all!

Remember appendix C from Mercury Manual :

When the Mercury 10MHz TCXO is not required, such as when Penelope is
present and selected, or
a 10 Mhz reference frequency is being injected via the Atlas bus, the jumper
JP8 marked in Green
in Fig 1 should be REMOVED to reduce 10MHz spurious signal levels in the
receiver
