[hpsdr] Phoenix again

Hi Richard, et. al.,

Your links below don't work for me.  I'd like to read them before giving 
many comments.

I'm wondering if you can possibly carve up your present board in some 
way and see if there are any improvements.  Board layout is really 
important and you really need an eye that can see the coupling, etc. as 
you design them.
