[hpsdr] File Directory

Hello to the group.

I am upgrading the firmware for Mercury and Penelope and have a question
when I down load the following

svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/USBBlaster-Binaries

What directory should these files be saved to?

I have  peformed the procedure in the quickk start guide and get a error
message saying the file path is not found hense the question on the forum.
