[hpsdr] Penelope T2 orientation - additional info

In regards to my report of Penelope low power out at higher frequencies,
here is some additional support info.

PowerSDR ver. 18OCT2009 V1.10.4+baseSVN2025

PowerSDR reported versions:
Ozy FX2 20090524
Ozy 16
Mercury 28
Penelope 12

All PA gain settings at 38.8

Max Penelope output with tune drive at 100 is about 120-150 mW on 6M, about
350 mW on 10M. Readings from powerSDR display consistant with external
calibrated meter.
