[hpsdr] 60 meter opened in Norway.

Hi all.

November 5. 2009 the 60 meter band opened from 5260 to 5410 KHz here in
Norway. In PowerSDR it is not possible to transmit outside the spot
frequencies permitted in USA.

Can someone modify PowerSDR so we can use the band with HPSDR equipment?

Today I tested the band and it seems perfect for contacts inside
Scandinavia. As long as we are alone with full permission, it is a very
exclucive band for us!
