[hpsdr] Penelope T2 Wire Configuration

Support link on the left side of the home page. The Penelope schematic is

I would look carefully at the other two pads on the center tapped side. The
center pin should have 2 wires, the outer pins should each have one wire
attached. Based on that, it should be pretty easy to decide where it goes.
