[hpsdr] Penelope T2 orientation confusion

Thanks for the link, Richard. I was fully aware of the recommended
orientation of the transformer. In fact, I stated that I did the mod back in
February. The "corrected" orientation just doesn't agree with the published
schematics. That is what I would like to see resolved. The schematic needs
to be updated, apparently.
