[hpsdr] Some Help with Kiss Console

Running 32 bit Vista and yes I have the OZY loader showing in Devices.
I run PowerSDR with HPSDR, no problem.

Do I need to have something else installed besides the SVN stuff for Kiss 
Konsole?

Start simple, what arch are you running 32 or 64 bit, and do you have
libusb installed correctly, i.e. does the 'OZY Host Assisted Firmware
loader' in your USB devices?
