[hpsdr] PennyWhistle arrives in UK

As of this morning, all PennyWhistle and Excalibur orders received before 
11-23 have been shipped.

If you gave a good email address with your order you should have received
a message that your credit card was charges.  For international orders
figure 10 to 12 calendar days after that for the package to be in customs.  

Domestic orders should arrive in 3 business days.
