[hpsdr] Tan caps

Hi All,
I've been replacing 16 volt caps in my premium receivers built in the '80s. I use 35 volt parts in place of the 16 volters. They do not like high in rush current.  I have never seen a M39003/01 XXXX cap fail but the epoxy coated or surface mount parts do not seem as good. frank wa1gfz
