[hpsdr] KISS Won't Start

I have 2 XP machines.  One of them now reports "No Ozy board found  - Check
HPSDR is connected and powered" when I press the start button. The other XP
machine finds Ozy, et al (unfortunately, this is a slow laptop so things
don't work all that well on it).  I have tried 1.04 and 1.05 and they both
give the same message.  One the other hand, PowerSDR works fine.  What
should I do?
