[hpsdr] GHPSDR - idiot questions

Hi Kevin,

There is a Makefile.mac that I used some time ago with Leopard. If you
have updated to Snow Leopard there are some issues. Also libusb-1.0
still has some performance problems on the Mac - I am thinking of
writing a native Mac interface for the usb code, but just need some
time. It is working well on Linux!

Currently working on a major rewrite of GHPSDR to support multiple
receivers. I have written a server for interfacing with the the
hardware. Now have a small (480x100) UI client that simply displays a
waterfall. You can start one up for each of the receivers running in
Mercury set to a different band. Looks good when running at 192K.

I think receiver 0 will be reserved for the main radio client which will
also control Penelope and provide the audio.

The clients can run remotely from the server.

All this depends on Kirk's new code for Mercury/Ozy.
