Jeff:

The receiver you mention is a "navigation" receiver, which will work, 
but you would have better
results with a "timing" receiver, such as the Motorola or Synergy M12+, 
or the timing
receiver built into the Trimble Thunderbolt.

Both are located in China, but are a reasonable source of surplus timing 
and
frequency sources coming out of surplus cellular radio systems in 
China.  Both offer
complete Thunderbolt kits.
