very much appreciated.  I ordered the SiGem unit last night, and I'm not 
the least bit surprised to learn that it wasn't the ideal choice; 
however at just £19.99 it's not too bad. I have an uncanny knack of 
making the wrong initial choice; for instance, have you met my first 
wife? She cost me a hell of a lot more!
