[hpsdr] Mercury preamp input transformer turns ratio?

It is 1:4 impedance, 1:2 voltage and turns ratio.

So 50 Ohms in the primary is 200 Ohms across the secondary.

There is a little mouse sized font Ohms ratio = 4 in the
Transformer electrical spec box.
