[hpsdr] New Ozy and Mercury code available

Ozy_Janus  1.7
KK rev 193

-- seems OK, except for a problem at startup--
--after KK has loaded Ozy, it gets null from getOzyFirmwareString() in 
function Start().
Terminate KK & restart, leaving hardware power on, and Penny & Mercury 
seem to work fine.
