[hpsdr] CW nut tries OpenHPSDR

Hi, I have the Mercury + Penelope + Ozy + HFPackerAMP all
lashed together.

I want to *thank the designers of the Penelope and Bill*
for his PowerSDR work to support the Open Collector
outputs for Rx and Tx. I was able to use the T/R switch
in my MFJ-1026 unit by toggling the T/R connection from
the Penelope DB25 Open Collector #6 to the MFJ. Works
great. I have some pretty strange coax adapters configured
to make it all fit together :-)

I listened to my CW HPSDR signal on a Kenwood TS480SAT and
it sounded very smooth and clean. I successfully used paddles,
an external K1EL WinKeyUSB, and the internal keyboard. All
the PTT settings make good sense and there are no strange
tricks needed to succeed.

I would like to try K.I.S.S. on WinXP, and then ghpsdr on
Linux tomorrow too.

I was unable to make a contact due to the horrible band
conditions today, but I will be sure to make some QRP
contacts tonight or tomorrow.
