[hpsdr] [powersdr] PowerSDR 1.19.3 with HPSDR support

I incorporated Bill Tracey's (KD5TDF) HPSDR code from the PowerSDR 1.10.4
project into the PowerSDR 1.19.3 project. I have what seems to be a stable
working copy (only receive tested) that I would like to share with anyone
interested in taking a look. I uploaded it to the hamsdr.com site at the

You will need to download the skins from the Flex Radio download page and
have .NET Framework 3.5 & 1.1 installed. Please read the READ_ME file that
is in the zip file for more info.
