[hpsdr] .bat files and Altera 9.1sp1

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me where the two files Program-Mercury-EPCS16.bat and Program-Penelope-EPCS4.bat reside? Also in view of the latest info from Altera where I can find the earlier versionof the Altera programmer 9.1sp1?
