[hpsdr] [Q] no RFI power supply for HPSDR

A simple one is the LPU available from TAPR.org
I used a motherboard cord cut off of an old PC
power supply instead of the built-in connector
so that I could keep the heat outside of Pandora
and do extra filtering on the leads.

Also, the high-quality Demeter is in development:

Don't know about any line-powered ones.
