[hpsdr] Mercury Rx on 144 MHz

Hello Maximo,

I have designed a no tune transverter using MCL filters and Low Noise MMICs with 
excellent results, working both on Rx and Tx (with 45W using a 
VHF Mosfet power module). 

The interesting part is that I have used the 122.88Mhz clock
for the transverter so that my 2M Rx & Tx are phase locked to the 10Mhz TCXO.

one problem currently faced is that the 24Mhz (FX2 Crystal) x6 at 144Mhz is very high.
