[hpsdr] Mercury Rx on 144 MHz

Hi Chris,

If you just want to listen to 144MHz then you would tune your SDR software
to 144-122.88 = 21.12MHz.  You don't need to use different software to do
this.

If you want the PC display to indicate 144MHz then you would either need
to modify the software yourself or find a friendly programmer to do it for
you.
