[hpsdr] Test

Hi John, All,

I have the same problem for years now.
I tried to soleve this many times with the option settings of my account.
Never got it to work - Ended up registering with a second different 
account so I can read back my own posts on the "other" account.
Would be nice if this could be fixed somewhere.
