[hpsdr] HPSDR Receiver ICOM Transmiter

Hi Pat, All,

Check LZ1AQ site for a IC-756 and a SoftRock-alike SDR receiver including
software integration with Winrad by way of a custom written .dll file which
allows frequency tracking between Icom TX and the SDR receiver. Looks like
there's no mods done to the transceiver, all RF/AF signals are externally
switched. The info seems to be 1-2 years old now, maybe worth to e-mail the
author.
