[hpsdr] New miniature computer

Hi John,

Unfortunately the Via C7 is not even Atom class in the processing
power department.  I have a 1.6 GHz Via C7 that chokes on 96 KHz with
anything more than NB: running PowerSDR and XP.

As a side note I have 2 of the Via pc2500e motherboards(includes
soldered on 1.6 GHz Via C7-D with noisy little fan) if anyone thinks
they can use them for anything let me know; the only cost would be
what it takes to ship to you.
