[hpsdr] new 100W AMP from Germany on eBay

Any info available regarding:

 - power supply requirements
 - filtering requirements [including need for or compatibility with Alex]

I'd also appreciate an update on Alex availability - if for no other 
reason than to budget the various HPSDR items (or manage the deficit!).

Finally, since we're talking amplifiers, any update on Thor?
