Based on my own experience--and my memory is a bit fuzzy about the 
matter, I think the problem is that something is making Ozy stop 
communicating over the USB.  That's why you have to switch off the powr 
to the HPSDR hardware--you are resetting Ozy.

My hypothesis is that if the microphone data from the PC to Ozy (and 
Penny) is too high, or reaches a critical value, Ozy freezes.  Try 
reducing the mic gain, or whistle a little more softly--or speak instead 
of whistle.
