[hpsdr] Assembling Penelope

Chris,

Which informations do you need?
I have no manual but I think I could supply you with all necessary
informations as I have already manufactured 100 boards and also manually
assembled some before.

BTW I am just now preparing a new batch for Penelope. People that are
interested can send me an email.

Thanks, but this is the Operating Manual for a pre-built Penelope. I
have a bare board and a bunch of parts; I'm looking for the Construction
Manual.
