[hpsdr] Look Ma! No libusb!

So, I went on a coding binge last night and delved into the mysteries of IOKit for MacOS X. I have some major issues in gHPSDR worked out and dropped a line to John Melton to see if I can chat with him about them. It turns out that the POSIX sem_wait call is *REALLY* poorly implemented on MacOS X.

On another note, I have ripped up Bill's Linux versions of loadFW/loadFPGA/write_i2c so that they also use IOKit instead of libusb and as such should work pretty nicely. I have it up on my personal SVN server at:

https://www.xenotropic.com/ham-svn/OzyUtils-MacOs

Folks are more than welcome to import it into the main OpenHPSDR SVN if they would like. I'm making no guarantees as to the quality of the code right now, but it does work. I'm also open to comments and suggestions as well.
